Meijin Kawaguchi (Tatsuya Yuuki)
A Gunpla builder who appeared on the scene like a shooting comet shortly after the release of Gunpla. His inspired works lead to renown as a "Meijin"—a title similar to "Maestro". The name of Meijin has been passed down, and Tatsuya Yuuki now claims to be third in the line.

Chairman Mashita Chairman and CEO of PPSE, a company whose monopoly on the manufacture and provisioning of Plavsky particles and the Gunpla battle system launched it to global prominence.

Baker A PPSE employee who serves as Chairman Mashita's chief secretary. As beautiful as she is brilliant, her talents have earned her some level of authority over PPSE's operations.
