Gundam Café's "Char Aznable Fair" continues with "Gundam The Origin" dishes added 2/20!

The Gundam-san/ Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin themed "Char Aznable Fair" continues at Gundam Café's Akihabara, Diver City Plaza, Tokyo Station, and Aeon Mall Makuhari Shintoshin locations!
The Gundam-san menu will be available from February 5th through February 25th, while The Origin dishes will be introduced February 20th and remain available for the remainder of the event; this time, we're taking a look at The Origin's fare!

Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin-inspired meals and drinks will be available in Akihabara and Makuhari, with a special dessert menu exclusive to Akihabara. A soft drink menu with unique coasters will be available at all locations, and cocktails will also be served in Akihabara.
Order an event dish and add a soft drink for just ¥300 or a cocktail for only ¥500; collectible mini-plates can be added to these combos for only ¥400 more.

Special White Day desserts will be on offer at the Akihabara location between March 1st and the 21st.
In addition, if you have a White Day greeting card ticket, you can turn it in with the purchase of a meal and receive a special Char Aznable White Day greeting card! Tickets can be obtained by ordering the special Valentine's Day dessert between February 5th and February 19th.

And of course, standard Char Aznable Fair menu items continue to be available at the Akihabara, Diver City Tokyo Plaza, and Tokyo Station locations.

■ Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin dishes (2/20–3/23)

Crossing the Sea of Loum: Veggie Tomato Risotto with 5 Salamis Garnish Price: ¥880 (tax not included) A young aristocrat in red hides all behind a mask, faring the star ocean with only his own genius to aid him. Some day, he would take the name of the "Red Comet", and become a revolutionary without peer—but not yet. ■ A nourishing tomato risotto with a variety of veggies. Meaty "Salamis" add to the balance of the dish.

Lying Low in the Alleys: Fish and Chips with Dry Curry Price: ¥880 (tax not included) Zeon Deikun and his comrades dream of Spacenoid independence. This dish is modeled on selections from the menu of Club Eden, a hole-in-the-wall somewhere in the back alleys of the Republic of Munzo, where they gathered to debate politics long into the late hours of the night. ■ Creamy tartar sauce balances fish fritters and shoestring potatoes. A spicy dry curry completes the dish.

Hundredth Moon: Layered Cheesecake with Crepes Price: ¥880 (tax not included)
The promise spoken when he separated from his mother Astraea and sister Artesia. When the young girl realized it was nothing more than a forlorn hope, she bade farewell to her memories, and took her first step toward a new future. Still, she couldn't quite let go of that gentle smile and those peaceful days...

Ramba Ral: Vodka and Melon Liqueur Price: ¥750 (tax not included) A stout soldier who carries on through the depths of defeat. His unflinching bravery gave rise to a reputation that endured through the Universal Century. He wears the scars on his face as proudly as most men would medals. * Made with alcohol.

Crowley Hamon: Gin and Parfait d'Amour base Price: ¥750 (tax not included) A wild violet blossoms on the battlefield, growing unbent and unbroken beside a blue star. In their youths in Munzo, the soldier and the lioness shared in both love and war. * Made with alcohol.

Dozle Zabi: Green Tea and Green Tea Chuhai Price: ¥750 (tax not included) Dozle Zabi's reputation stands out even among his ambitious, chaotic family. He could not have realized that one day his last desperate act, driven by love and a fear of his siblings, would help the successor of his final foe to uncover the secret truths of the Universal Century. * Made with alcohol.
