Mobile Suit Gundam Online's "Zeta Project" update to launch this winter!

Bandai Namco Online's Mobile Suit Gundam Online will receive the "Zeta Project" patch this winter, and an update teaser site has been revealed!

More details on Zeta Project's contents will follow, with the first information to be revealed in a live event at Intel Club Extreme Gamers World on December 13th.
Admission is free, so why not go check it out? Streaming is also available if you can't make it.

■ "Mining City" and "Taklamakan Desert" maps updated!

The December 9th patch updates both the "Mining City: Urban Combat" and "Taklamakan Desert: Desert Combat" maps to allow player control of battleship bases.
The ships themselves have received upgrades, and will not appear on enemy maps unless locked on or within radar range. Of course, a heavily-damaged (or worse, sunk!) ship can turn the course of a battle, so careful hand at the helm is a must.
And with limited number of other control points remaining, the decision between rushing for an early positional advantage or establishing air superiority adds a new tactical dimension.
