All aboard the "Limited Express Rapi:t Neo Zeon Version"! We have photos from the ribbon-cutting ceremony!

Nankai Electric Railway Co., Ltd., a private rail line connecting Osaka and Wakayama, collaborates with Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn to bring the "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn × Limited Express Rapi:t Second Coming of Char Limited Express Rapi:t Neo Zeon Version" into operation beginning April 26th. A special opening ceremony was held at Namba Station on its first day.

The ceremony was attended not only by a crowd awaiting their first glimpse at the red Rapi:t, but also by Shuichi Ikeda, voice of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn's "Full Frontal". Along with a tape-cutting on the platform, a painted sample of the imposing "HGUC Neo Zeong" was also unveiled.

▲ At the tape cutting, Char impersonator Numacchi makes a sudden appearance in a Full Frontal outfit.

▲ Flashbulbs pop as the "Limited Express Rapi:t Neo Zeon Version" arrives at the platform! It's outfitted in full Neo Zeon livery, to the smallest detail!

The "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn × Limited Express Rapi:t Second Coming of Char Limited Express Rapi:t Neo Zeon Version" will operate on the Airport Line and Nankai Main Line through June 30th.

While in operation, the train's livery will be in Neo Zeon red, and inside there will be reserved seats for Mineva Lao Zabi, Full Frontal, and Angelo Sauper.
"Memorial Express Tickets" and "Memorial Admission Tickets" are also on sale.
