Sports Festa, the first Tokyo Gundam Project 2013 event, will be held June 2nd!
A Green-Up Race, Sports Chambara, and more events!
Tokyo Gundam Project 2013, a series of events held around the 18m-high, life-sized Gundam statue in Odaiba, Tokyo, welcomes a Sports Festa as its first event on June 2nd.
Participation is free.
Bridging environmental volunteerism and sports, activities will include a Green-Up Race; Double Dutch jumprope, Dodgebee, and Sports Chambara demonstrations; and an inflatable trampoline in the shape of the Sports-Sai Tokyo 2013 mascot.
The Green-Up Race is recruiting teams of up to five. Register by May 20th!
Race other teams to collect the most and "best" trash in a specified area and time in this environmentally-friendly sport.
